As we all know about Codeforces that, you cannot change your username in codeforces.com normally. It does not provide any settings for that. But there's an exception, from January 01 to January 10 of each year, Codeforces offers its users the unique opportunity to change their handles! However, there’s a catch — this change is a one-time deal, and once you make the switch, there’s no turning back.

Steps to change the handle name:

• Go to this page or go to you profile in codeforce.
• Go to “Magic” tab 👇

• Then go to “Handle” tab 👇

• then you will see options for changing your handle. Write the handle you want, then write your password and click change handle button and BOOM, you have successfully changed your handle.

There’s no way to go back, if you change your name once. By mistake, if you spelled your handle wrong, you have to wait until next year January to get the opportunity to change your handle.
